We share information only with parties necessary to deliver your service: universities, embassies, banks, government departments, logistics providers, and authorised regulators. All third-party sharing happens under your consent for the specific engagement.
5. Biometric and Aadhaar data
Where biometric or Aadhaar data is captured (e.g. AEPS transactions, Aadhaar updates), it is processed strictly under the UIDAI / NPCI framework, encrypted in transit, and not retained by us beyond the authorised window.

We retain your information for the duration required to deliver the service and for periods mandated by applicable law (typically 7 years for tax and regulatory records).

We use industry-standard administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect your information — including access controls, encryption for sensitive data, and audited workflows for biometric handling.
