Refund Policy

What is refundable, what is not, and how the process works.

Last updated · June 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to all professional fees collected by Gavirneni Group across our five practices. Government, embassy, bank, courier, supplier and other third-party charges are not part of our professional fee and are governed by the refund rules of the respective third party.

2. Before work commences

If you have paid fees but no work has been initiated by us, you are eligible for a full refund of the professional fee, less any non-recoverable payment-gateway charges, provided the request is made within 7 calendar days of payment.

3. After work commences

Once work has commenced — including drafting, document review, application submissions, supplier confirmations, or biometric transactions — fees become non-refundable in full. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion based on the stage of work and the reason for cancellation.

4. Visa & embassy outcomes

Refusal or delay of a visa, certificate, or other application by an embassy, consulate, bank, or government department is not grounds for refund of professional fees already rendered. Our fee covers the work delivered, not the outcome of an external decision.

5. Product availability

If an order under our Products & Trading practice cannot be fulfilled due to supplier non-availability and no replacement is acceptable to you, the amount paid for that specific order will be refunded in full within 14 working days.

6. Refund process

  • Email a written refund request to gavirneni7@gmail.com
  • Include your file reference, date of payment, and reason
  • We acknowledge within 2 working days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method

7. Disputes

Refund decisions made by Gavirneni Group are final, subject to the dispute mechanisms available under applicable Indian consumer law. We encourage you to contact us first — most disputes are resolved through a phone conversation.
