1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging Gavirneni Group ("we", "us", "our") for any service, you ("you", "the client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services offered
Gavirneni Group operates across five practices: Flybridge Overseas Services (education and student visas), Travel & Career Support, Banking & AEPS Services, Government & Online Services (CSC), and Products & Trading. Specific deliverables and timelines are confirmed in the engagement letter or service receipt issued for your file.
3. Engagement & fees
Fees are quoted per service and confirmed in writing before work begins. Government fees, embassy fees, third-party charges, courier costs and applicable taxes are billed separately at actuals. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, subject to our Refund Policy.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of all documents and information submitted to us. We rely on your declarations and are not liable for outcomes resulting from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information.
5. Regulatory dependencies
Many of our services depend on government, embassy, bank or other regulatory decisions outside our control. Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Government service outcomes are subject to the rules and timelines of the respective department. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for any application that is decided by an external authority.
6. Product availability & trading
Product availability, pricing, grade and delivery timelines under our Products & Trading practice are subject to supplier availability and market conditions, and may change without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only on receipt of written acknowledgement.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Gavirneni and Flybridge marks — is owned by or licensed to Gavirneni Group and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivatives without written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable notice. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before the termination date.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
